Why we need your support

The Bocuse d’Or is not a level playing field and to have any chance of winning Team UK needs substantial financial support.  The equipment, ingredients, travel and accommodation for the Coach and Commis and costs related to the practice runs and marketing must all be covered by the Bocuse d’Or Candidate and his/ her supporters.  This can add up to thousands of pounds.

The Bocuse d’Or UK is not just about 2010 or 2011. By securing support from the industry and the UK a solid platform for future British candidates will be set.  More support means better awareness, a bigger pool of future candidates and ultimately a better chance of Britain bringing home the trophy.

Even small amounts of money will contribute to Team UK’s success.
