The Commis Chef
Kristian Curtis has always had a passion for food and wanted to be a chef from the age of 12. He used to attend a young Chefs cookery school course every Saturday morning. Kristian studied at Stratford upon Avon College and was named ‘Student of the Year’ in his second year.
As part of my college course, Kristian had to complete a 6 week work placement and chose to do this at Simpsons. He was subsequently offered a full time position and has worked there for almost four years.
